Coming soon! Expedition Fitness Bootcamp with HippyFitMom
I want to take healthy living and fitness that extra mile (literally!). This workout will get you fitter & stronger whilst enjoying the great outdoors! Expedition Fitness Bootcamp will take place on the Cotton Creek Trail. This bootcamp is a hybrid workout. We will be running as well as training via body weight exercises.
The idea is to increase strength and reduce stress! What is a better way, right? We will be doing a combination of running the trail and body strength exercises. More importantly, this is a hour for you. Depending on your situation, it can be hard to fit in 1 hour for yourself. I get it! Your journey is yours. No one else’s. It is your moment, and it is all about you.
