How I Start My Day – 4 Healthy Tips


Hey Guys!

So I wanted to share 4 ways I like to start my morning. As you know, I am a health nut. Bonafid and proud of it! I always start my morning with these items. These are some of my favorite ways to start my days so I wanted to share.

1) VegaSport Preworkout – this helps take my long therapeutic runs in the morning.
2) Braggs Apple Cider Vinegar Drink – Limeade – This refreshing drink is one of my fav drinks to reach for after a long run or when I am really thirsty. With the health benefits and it being low cal, it is a ‘no guilt’ guilty pleasure 🙂
3) Kevita – I love this stuff! The cleanse is a great boost to start my morning off right!
4) Brain Tonic – I need clarity in the morning just like everyone else. This tonic drink is where it is at when it comes to brain function.
